SAVAGE RIVER (ALPINE TRAIL) ALASKA

A painting of Savage River, from the Alpine trail in the Denali National park, Alaska. I went in 2022 with my family and took extensive notes, sketches and photos from the lookout point. The painting was then completed in my studio. One of my larger paintings as best to capture the vast scale of the landscape, Oil on wood panel 100cm by 50cm unframed.
