I am very fortunate to have been successful in my career. I am proud to have been listed in both the UK top 100 people in video games and in the top 100 in digital media, I am also a member of BAFTA. I offer my unique experience and knowledge to help build better products, stronger teams and more profitable businesses.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
I've spent the largest part of my career developing a vision for entertainment products including new IP and refreshing established franchises. I am as happy at the drawing board as I am in the board room. Over the years I have developed creative processes and management techniques for getting the best out of creative teams and fostering a clear vision and nurturing leadership.
I love working on new ideas with talented people and provide creative direction and leadership.
Businesses struggle to hire leadership talent. I am able to provide my knowledge and network on a consultancy basis, either as a one-off project engagement, or on more regular terms.
I believe in growing people and especially leaders so that the business is stronger going forward and future problems can be solved "in house".
I am available to provide coaching and training services to grow leaders and teams.
As businesses grow or take on investment, it becomes important to have a breadth of experience at
board level. I have worked as a founding CEO and as a director in SME and PLC environments.
As a non exec I have been a Chair person for two companies and a long standing non exec for others.
I've experienced start up through to maturity with successful exits.
I am interested in new business ventures and I am available for non exec roles. I am an active angel investor and business mentor.
